Heard both the sides.

The appeal is already disposed of on 21/08/2019. Direction was also given to transfer an amount of Rs.4,89,138/- along with accrued interest vide order dated 09/04/2021. At that time, direction to transfer statutory deposit was not given. According to the claimants, this amount is excluding the decretal amount. Already personal identification of respondent No.1 was done in compliance of the order dated 09/04/2021. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(a) Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.25,000/- along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of respondent No.1 without asking for personal identification.

(b) The application is disposed of.
