Heard.

The first appeal is already disposed of on 04/09/2019. This Court had given direction to distribute the amount of compensation amongst respondent Nos.1 to 4. The appellant-insurance company has deposited Rs.4,51,907/- towards the amount of compensation and Rs.25,000/- towards statutory deposit. The consolidated amount comes to Rs.5,26,000/-. This amount needs to be distributed. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are minors and respondent No.1 is their natural guardian/mother. Hence, the directions.

(i) Nazar is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.5,26,000/- along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of respondent No.1 on personal identification.

(ii) Respondent No.1 to utilize the amount of compensation for herself and for the betterment of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

(iii) The application is disposed of accordingly.
