The Appellant has filed an application for grant of permission to deposit cheque for entire decreetal amount and extension of interim stay granted on 1st February 2019 till final disposal of the Appeal. 2.
The learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the cheque for entire decreetal amount is ready with her. Hence, she seeks permission to deposit the same in this Court on today itself. Permission as prayed is granted.

On depositing the cheque for decreetal amount, there shall be extension of stay granted on 1st February 2019 till disposal of the present Appeal. 4.
At this stage, the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 3 submits that still more amount is to be deposited by the Appellant. The learned Counsel for Appellant submits that she would take instructions regarding the said position and accordingly would deposit the remaining amount within a period of six weeks from today. Statement is accepted.
