Perused the application and the impugned judgment and award. It appears that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in this Court. The applicants/respondent nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) to the effect that they will refund the amount, in case the first appeal is

0405caf2013.19.odt allowed. Remaining 50% amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank, till disposal of the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
