{Shri T.U. Tathod, Adv for applicant.
Smt Jachak, APP for respondent] CORAM : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATED : 25.06.2015.
Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.
For the reasons given by the learned trial judge in para no.3 of the impugned order and looking to age of the girl and looking to the provisions of the POSCO Act, I am not inclined to grant bail.
Para no.3 of the impugned order reads thus :-
3] Statement of the victim girl and her friends recorded.
Her friend supported to her version. The allegation against the applicant that he teased the young girl who was going to answer paper of 10th standard.
The incident happened brought day light in the village on road in presence of friends of the
victim girl. Considering the nature of allegations and nature of offence as well as applicant teased to the victim girl who is 16 years of age, I am of the view that offence is serious nature.
Though the custody did not required but considering the seriousness of offence and crime teasing to young girls are increasing, such crime is against the society, thus I a not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Hence, I make the following order :- Order Criminal Application (ABA) No.296 of 2015 is dismissed.
