With the assistance of learned counsel for the parties, we have perused reasons furnished in the order impugned dated 20.01.2025. The petitioner while submitting the application for the post of 'Talathi' has never opted for Non-Creamy Layer category, however after the process has commenced, he changed the category, which in any case is not permissible.
