By this writ petition, the petitioners challenge the seniority list as also the promotions of the respondent nos.4 to 9 on the ground that they were juniors to the petitioners. It appears that during the pendency of the writ petition, by an order dated 3.7.2007, we had directed the respondent nos.2 and 3 to revert such persons that are juniors to the petitioners and promote the petitioners if they are otherwise eligible, within a period of one month from the date of the order that is 3.7.2007. It appears that the petitioners' grievance must have been redressed in view of the interim order passed by this court on 3.7.2007.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande, PA
