Undisputedly, the amount deposited by the petitioner is towards the amount of maintenance ordered by the Court. The petitioner has deposited 50% of the amount, as per the order passed by this Court on 04-03-2015. Considering the facts of the case, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount.
