Heard.
By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the notification dated 14.05.2015, issued by the respondent no.4, to the extent it makes it mandatory for private institutions imparting vocational education to admit students from the Centralized Admission Process.
During the course of hearing, it has been submitted that by a fresh circular issued by the respondent no.2, suggestions have been invited from private institutions to streamline the process of admission for the Academic Session 2016-17. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent no.2, by Smt.B.H. Dangre, the learned Government Pleader, that all suggestions as made would be considered while formulating rules for the process of admission.
Shri A.M. Ghare, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner-Association has moved a representation dated 08.02.2016, in that regard.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by observing that the respondent nos.2 and 4 are free to consider the suggestions as made by the petitioner-Association in its representation while preparing the rules pertaining to the Centralized Admission Process. There would be no order as to costs.
