The fact that the impugned order of the Sub Divisional Officer, dated 24.02.2014, has been questioned in appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the Additional Collector at Buldana by the petitioner is not in dispute.

In this situation, we direct the appellate Authority viz. Additional Collector, Buldana to decide that the appeal within one month from 22nd September, 2015.

With this directions and keeping all the contentions open, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

The interim order, already operating since 1st August, 2014 to continue till then.
