CORAM : B.R. GAVAI AND N.W. SAMBRE, JJ.
DATE : MAY 08 , 2017.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in spite of a notice being sent to the petitioner for instructions, the petitioner is not responding. A pursis to that effect, bearing Pursis Stamp No.2087 of 2017, dated 20.02.2017, duly signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of the notice and postal acknowledgment is placed on record. In spite of the same, neither the petitioner has given any instructions to the counsel for the petitioner nor has made any arrangement for engaging another counsel. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
