By this Application, the applicants/ petitioners are seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to place on record the following documents :- (1) Permission granted to Respondent no.5-Management for starting respondent no.6-Institute;

(2) Affidavit filed for seeking approval at the time of opening of respondent No.6-Institute;

(3) Copy of the undertaking /affidavit submitted by respondent nos.5 and 6 to respondent no.4-University;

Basically, we do not find that any useful purpose would be served by calling upon the respondents to file on record these documents, inasmuch as this Court had already directed the Respondent-institute to produce the undertaking and documents regarding affiliation/recognition on 3rd March 2022. So we are leaving it to the concerned institute so also the Government to place on record the relevant documents.

With the above observation, the Civil Application is disposed of.
