As the petitioner stood superannuated on 30.11.2019 and was paid provisional pension for the period of six months and the final pension was paid in March 2023, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Director of Education with his claim on 07.04.2025 for the purpose of adjudication of interest, if any, receivable by the petitioner. 3.

Let the adjudication be completed within three months from today.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
