DATED : 13-08-2021 The accusation is that one year and eight months old daughter of the applicant starting crying and asked for some snacks when the applicant and his wife had returned home after attending a marriage and the applicant took his daughter from his wife and killed her by banging her head on the door.

There is overwhelming evidence on record to show, at least prima facie, that the applicant killed his one year and eight months old daughter in a brutal manner.

The report is lodged by the wife of the applicant. The possibility that the applicant will be in a position to influence the witnesses cannot be ruled out.
