Kunda Kishor Wasnik, Regional Officer of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Amravati is personally present in this Court and through panel Advocate Mr. Agnihotri, assures that directions issued by this Court as regards deposit of the amount will be complied with within a period of two weeks i.e. by 22nd May, 2017. She further assures that no further time or extension will be sought.

In view of the aforesaid assurance, the order dated 3rd May, 2017 be kept in abeyance till then. In case, the amount is not deposited within time stipulated, Registry is directed to proceed in terms of order dated 3rd May, 2017 passed by this Court.
