In the facts and circumstances of the present case and considering the fact that the charge in the present case has been framed by the order of the Special Judge, Darwaha by order dated 12/06/2019, it is directed that the trial in the present case be expedited and that the said Court shall complete the trial proceedings and render Judgment within one year from today.
