In the present matter, the dispute is only about the quantum of amount to the extent of 25% of the total amount of back wages granted in lieu of reinstatement. According to the petitioners, Rs.1,41,801/- was paid as 25% of the total back wages and as per the calculations made by the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) 25% amount comes to Rs.1,60,797/-. Thus, there is a difference of about Rs.19,000/-, which needs to be paid by the petitioners to the respondent.

In the present matter, even after paper publication nobody appears on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Accordingly, following order is passed to subserve the ends of justice:

2 56-WP3713-2017 The petitioners are is directed to pay the aforesaid difference of amount of back wages to the respondent, if he approaches the petitioner-Bank. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending Civil Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
