The petitioners have moved this application to amend the petition, as during the pendency of the petition by Government Resolution, the Assured Career Progression (ACP) Scheme was modified from 2024, thereby restricting the entitlement to benefits under the ACP scheme. 2.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents/State has no objection.

In view of the no objection and for the reasons stated in the application, the amendment is allowed. The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side.
