The present application has been filed by the respondent no.1 on the ground that inspite of notice issued by this Court, so also permission granted by this Court to serve all the respondent nos. 6 to 12, the appellant has not served the respondent nos. 6 to 12, hence he prayed for dismissal of the present appeal in default. However, in view of the submissions made by the appellant which are not controverted by the respondent no.1 now, all the respondents are served, nothing survives in the present application. Hence, it is disposed of in view of above stated reasons. Accordingly, civil application is disposed of.
