The petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the learned Collector granting stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the Resolution No.40 passed by the Municipal Council. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 308 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 in which the interim order was passed have been disposed on 7th June, 2014.

2 wp1673.14 In view of the disposal of the proceedings under Section 308 Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 the petition is rendered infrucutous. It is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

In view of the above order, these civil applications do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.
