DATED : AUGUST 28, 2017 As per facts disclosed by learned Counsel for petitioner, 1997 termination of petitioner maintained by School Tribunal has been recalled by management itself in the year 2015. Petitioner thereafter wants the terminal benefits/retirement benefits.

It is apparent that no liability therefor can be fastened on respondent nos. 1 & 2. Respondent no.3 private management has to shoulder the entire responsibility. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to proceed against the respondent no.3 as per law, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. No costs.
