The learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that he has examined the case-papers and found that ingredients of Sections 406 and 417 of Indian Penal Code will not be attracted and, accordingly, the chargesheet is now being filed only under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. He further submits that a report to that effect will be filed during the course of the day. The statement is accepted. 03.
