Shri M.P. Khajanchi, Advocate for Respondent. Coram : R.K. Deshpande, J.
Date : 6 th June, 2016 The Trial Court has passed a decree on 3-11-2008 in Hindu Marriage Petition No.30 of 2007 for divorce on the ground of cruelty. The Trial Court directed payment of maintenance at the rate of Rs.12,000/- per month to the respondent/wife and her two children as a permanent alimony. The lower Appellate Court has dismissed Regular Civil Appeal No.11 of 2009 on 16-11-2009, but bifurcated the amount of permanent alimony. The husband is, therefore, before this Court in this second appeal.
Both the Courts before are concurrent in holding that the cruelty has been established. No substantial question of law arises for consideration in this second appeal. The second appeal is dismissed.
Judge.
