On perusal of earlier order dated 9/8/2018, it is revealed that on that day none was present for applicants and non-applicant no.2. Though the matter on that day was adjourned for parties to place on record the terms of compromise as has been stated on behalf of applicants and also to keep non-applicant no.2 present for verification of the compromise terms, however, on that day, none was present and application was thus adjourned for today for passing dismissal order. Even today none present for applicants. The applicants therefore are not found interested in prosecuting the application, the same is therefore dismissed in default.
