It is not in dispute that the orders dated 31.07.2017 in Writ Petition No. 3065/2017 and other connected matters, seal fate of present petitioners. Hence, for reasons recoded in the aforesaid orders, we allow these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, order dated 03.05.2017 is hereby quashed and set aside. Respondents are free to take appropriate action against petitioners in accordance with law.
