This petition takes exception to order dated 11.09.2020 whereby the learned Appellate Judge has refused to stay the effect and operation of the judgment of the trial court.

This Court, while issuing notice was pleased to direct the parties to maintain status quo, which is continuing since 29.09.2020.

Since the appeal is pending, this petition can be appropriately disposed of by directing the parties to maintain status quo till the decision of the appeal. 4.

The learned Appellate Judge shall decide Regular Civil Appeal 66/2020 within thirty days from the date of the appearance of the parties. The parties shall appear before
