Shri Kolte, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant submits on instructions that he is ready to execute the sale-deed of the applicant as mentioned in the agreement dated 3rd January, 2013. It is further stated that he is not expecting any monetary transactions in view of the execution of sale-deed. However, he submits that applicant shall bear stamp duty and registration charges which will be required for the execution of sale-deed.

Shri Anthony, learned counsel for the applicant accepts the said statement.

The said procedure of execution of proceedings shall be completed within a period of two months from today.
