This petition was presented during vacations on 10/05/2016. Relying on the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the matter is urgent, without verifying as to whether the petition is properly presented or not, order came to be passed on 10/05/2016. Later on, in scrutiny by Office, it is noticed that the petition is not supported by affidavit. The petition, without affidavit in support of it, cannot be treated as valid and proper petition. The petition is dismissed.

The petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within two weeks. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur shall submit a certificate about deposit of the amount, directly to the Office of this Court and the certificate should be placed on record of this petition. If the petitioner files fresh petition in the same matter, the copy of certificate issued by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur showing deposit of amount shall be annexed to the petition.
