This application is filed by the applicantpetitioner for permission to withdraw the amount with accrued interest.

Pursuant to order dated 30.08.2007 passed by this Court, the petitioner had deposited the amount of Rs.10,000/- and the same was directed to paid to the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 16.6.2008. Since the amount was not directed to be paid to the petitioner along with accrued interest, the present application is filed. The learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection for allowing the application.

In that view, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).

Registry is directed to refund the amount of Rs.10,000/- along with accrued interest to the petitioner. Civil Application is disposed of.
