By the present applications, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in setting aside the abatement order and grant permission to bring the legal heirs on record. 2.

Considering the contentions of the applications, there is sufficient ground to condone the delay by setting aside the abatement order. It is to be noted that the legal heirs of deceased respondent Kusum Suresh Bahekar are already on record. Therefore, the applications are allowed and the delay is condoned.
