The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submit that in the wake of the appropriate action being taken by the Commissioner of Co-operative, Pune against the Manager, Jijau Commercial Co-operative Bank Limited, Amravati in the light of the Audit Report dated 22.04.2024, the petition has been rendered infructuous. He has placed before us a communication dated 27.08.2024 addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Jijau Commercial Cooperative Bank Limited issued by the Additional Commissioner and Special Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune which set the enquiry into motion.

By accepting the said communication on record and in the wake of the above statement, the petition is disposed of. 3.

Needless to state that if any grievance of the petitioner further sustain, pursuant to the enquiry being initiated, at an appropriate stage by filing appropriate proceeding, he is at liberty to redress the same.
