This is an application for condonation of 2584 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 24.01.2014 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No. 1502 of 2004. The reasons have been stated in the application.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
