Shri Raisuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate grievance, if cause of action arises.

Ms. Mehta, learned APP for the respondents is opposing grant of liberty. However, this Court has till date not issued any notice in this matter and argument on merits are not heard.

In this situation, we grant the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
