After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for setting aside no-cross order and granting permission to conduct crossexamination. 2.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/-, which was deposited in accordance with the order dated 02.05.2025, to show the bonafides of the petitioners.

The said request of the petitioners is opposed by the learned Advocate for the respondent. However, considering the fact that the amount was directed to be deposited by the petitioners, in

2 15. WP 2382 of 2025.odt this Court, to show their bonafides, they can be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,000/- from the amount deposited. Hence, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) and remaining amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
