The learned advocate for the respondent strongly objected the application and submitted that, there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay. 5.

The reasons stated in the application is that Covid-19 pandemic was going on therefore, it was difficult for the appellants to file appeal within limitation. 6.

Considering this reason, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 7.

The application is allowed. Delay of 410 days caused for filing second appeal is condoned.

Application is disposed.
