Perusal of the material placed on record would reveal that bills were submitted by the Headmaster of the respondent no. 4-School to respondent nos.1 and 2. However, it was sent back to respondent no. 4 since, according to respondent nos. 2 and 3, the same was to be submitted after making pay fixation in accordance with VI Pay Commission.
Shri Amol Deshpande, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 submitted that the pay fixation cannot be done by the said respondents. It has to be done by respondent nos. 1 and 2.
The Government Resolutions clearly show
2 17.07.caw.1408.15. as to what salary shall be paid to various types of teachers as per the VI Pay Commission. As such, there should be no difficulty for the respondent nos.3 and 4 to do the calculations on the basis of the relevant Government Resolutions. In that view of the matter, the respondent nos.3 and 4 shall re-submit the bill within a period of two weeks from today.
After receipt thereof, the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall take a decision in accordance with law and do the needful, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
In view of the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
