Present application is filed by the appellant seeking condonation of delay of 152 days caused in preferring the instant appeal.

The Court had issued notice to the respondent on 05/08/2025.

The office note shows that the respondent is duly served when the matter was listed on 03/10/2025; however, as the respondent was recently served one more opportunity was granted to the respondent to appear and oppose the present application and the matter was kept today for further consideration.

Even today neither the respondent has appeared nor engaged any Counsel.

For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant has made out a sufficient cause for the delay of 152 days in preferring the instant appeal.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. 8.

The delay of 152 days is condoned.

9.

The civil application is disposed of.

The appeal be registered and list the matter for further consideration on 14/11/2025.
