As the dispute between the parties have been settled through mediation, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.
The writ petitions are disposed accordingly.
Learned advocates for the respective parties, on instructions, submit that the petitioners in each of the petition undertake to deposit Rs. Twenty Thousand with the registry of this Court within one month.
On deposit of the amount, it be remitted to the Office of Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur.
2 wp432.19+ It is further directed that the documents which were referred to the handwriting expert be kept in safe custody with the Investigating Officer for a period of one year, and thereafter be destroyed, if not required in any other case. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPW) NOS. 144/2019 & 137/2019 In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, these applications praying for referring the complaint dated 23/01/2019 to the handwriting expert and for intervention do not survive.
