DATE : 04.08.2025 The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition. It is submitted that after issuance of notice, the petitioner came to know that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have recommended for amendment, contrary to the policy and mandate of the environment in terms of its meeting dated 06.02.2024. The petitioner wants to challenge the said decision dated 06.02.2024 by way of amendment.

Learned Counsel for respondents have no objection for amendment as prayed for. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.

Learned Counsel for respondents seeks liberty to file reply to the main petition as well as amended portion. 5.

Two weeks' time is granted to file reply after amendment is carried out.
