After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that the victim was subjected for sexual assault by two persons. The statement of the victim is substantiated by the medical evidence also, therefore I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
