Shri C.V. Jagdale, Advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed Writ Petition no.2779/2016 to agitate the same grievance as raised in the present petition. It is submitted that the present petition is wrongly filed and keeping the liberty to prosecute the Writ Petition No.2779/2016, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition. It is further submitted that the present petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.5,000/- towards costs as per the order passed by this Court on 27th June, 2016 in Writ Petition No.2779/2016 vide receipt dated 11th July, 2016. Accepting the above submission, this writ petition is disposed as withdrawn. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
