The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the trial Court rejecting the application (Exhibit No.37) filed by her praying for recasting of issues. The impugned order is purely interlocutory in nature and therefore, I am not inclined to consider the challenges raised in the petition.

The petition is dismissed keeping the challenges open for consideration in appropriate proceedings. No costs.
