The applicant is seeking for relaxation for conditions of attendance imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2018 in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 784/2018. It is contended that as per direction of this Court, the applicant is monthly attending Police Station for last three years. Now, some personal inconvenience have been canvassed while seeking the exemption. It reveals that the offence is of the year 2015. As per order, the condition of attendance would automatically come to an end on filing of charge-sheet.

Order 24appp 1242 During last five years, charge-sheet has not been filed. 3.

In view of above, the condition of attendance is modified. Henceforth, the applicant shall attend concerned Police Station as and when called under written intimation.
