By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to make an enquiry in respect of the mass copying in the subject of Mathematics during the examination held in the school of Zilla Parishad bearing Center No.0939.
It appears from the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 that a preliminary enquiry was conducted in the matter and some persons were found to be, prima facie, guilty of indulging in the malpractice of mass copying. It is stated that the Departmental Enquiry has been initiated against the said
persons and the same is pending.
It appears on a perusal of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 that the respondent nos.4 and 5 have taken appropriate steps in the matter and the enquiry is initiated against the concerned persons.
In this view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition by expressing that the Departmental Enquiry should be completed, as early as possible. In the facts of the case, no order as to costs.
