20/11/ The petitioner has prayed for various directions to the police department, one of the prayer being that the investigation be transferred to Crime Investigation Department, Nagpur. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Investigating Agency has not shown due diligence and to support this claim, it is argued by learned advocate for the petitioner that the Investigating Agency has not placed any affidavit on record to point out the progress in the matter. It is submitted that the affidavit which is filed on record by the Police Sub-Inspector on 11/06/2019 also does not show that the Investigating Agency has diligently conducted the investigation.

Learned APP seeks time to file additional affidavit.

Time is granted.
