Misc. Civil Application St. No. 9699 of 2024 By present application, the applicant is seeking restoration of Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No. 23853/2023. Learned Registrar vide order dated 5-2-2024 refused to register miscellaneous civil application on the ground of non removal of office objections.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she will remove office objections within seven working days and further assures that she will attend the matter diligently.

In view of assurance given by learned counsel for the applicant, order dated 5-2-2024 passed by the

2 cao 876.2024.odt Registrar is set aside. Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No. 23853/2023 is restored on the file. The applicant shall remove office objections within seven working days, failing which, the order passed by the Registrar shall stand restored without further reference to the Court.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
