Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

It is not in dispute that the applicant is working as a Clerk in Irrigation Department of Madhya Pradesh Govt.. Obviously, he being a Govt. servant, is getting handsome salary. Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant has not re-married.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the wife is not claiming any maintenance, because she is engaged as a teacher in Zilla Parishad School. Admittedly, the maintenance is being claimed for the three children born out of the wedlock of respondent no.1.

The impugned order is an interim order granting interim maintenance to the children in the sum of Rs. 15,000/-. Looking to the age of the children, the children are grown up and certainly Rs. 15,000/- for their need cannot be said to be on higher side. Hence the following order:- Criminal Revision Application No. 77 of 2014 is rejected.
