Concededly, the arrears of maintenance relating to period 11-5-2016 to 23-8-2017 are not paid. 2.

If the arrears are not paid to the respondent within 2 weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.

The petitioner shall file on record an affidavit alongwith documentary proof of the payment of the arrears within two weeks.

4.

If the affidavit is not filed on record, Registry shall assume that the arrears are not paid.

5.

If the arrears are deposited, respondent 1 wife is permitted to withdraw the same.
