It has come in the reply of the State that similar request for cancellation of bail made before the learned trial Court which was rejected by the trial Court vide order dated 19th March, 2019. Admittedly, the said order was never challenged.

Once the similar request was rejected by the trial Court and the rejection of application for cancellation of bail granted to the non-applicant no.2, was not challenged, this application is not maintainable. SKNair

Accordingly, the application is rejected. Liberty to file proceeding to challenge the order dated 19th March, 2019 rejecting the application for cancellation of bail, by the trial Court, is granted, if the applicant so desires.
