By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order by Special Court, Nagpur rejecting the bail application filed by the present appellant. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 4.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, liberty is granted to the appellant after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
